bro
i recive nokia 1200 its dead no charging connetor no the set and pcb showing the burn on charging section when i put the battery vibrater is auto run and tourch light is on and off
and also when i check the multi meter board showing the short
pls guide me how can i solve this problem

Changing the uem may not be worth it for such a phone especially with the price at which it is sold.

remove r22 than shorting cheak ur pcb, shorting same here than change power ic
