Nokia 1200 no network after 1 min auto restart

i have nokia 1200 no network Searching auto restart
i already try flash v05.71 flash done! but same problem
anybody plz help me...

write pm aftar flash ..... or check tranmeting area

pf change but same problem..

1 . wash full mother bord____ and change phone's body
2 . re hot cpu/upp ( be careful )
