nokia 1200 signal problem - GSM-Forum

I have a nokia 1200 & 1208 both are show mobilink, ufone, etc in manual search but not register network. It mean rx section is ok but tx section is not ok. Any one solve my problem in tx section repairing.

This probem lies in rf ic or uem.
