nokia many sets 1203 facing problem not charging

. this time we talk about nokia 1203. not 1202. becose nokia 1202 & nokia 1203 pcb is difrent.nokia 1202 not charging many solution available in forum but not proper solution for nokia 1203

.also need bsi line way. i try to fined but not sucess where go bsi line.

one more thing for thinking that if i conect charger without assembling set {only open pcb atach with battery } show charging many time. this situation is three sets same

plz share perfect solution if any body have.

brother i try all process witch r u mantions there but i canot found in pcb ...

Check its tracks , which i marked RED , those has been cracks

I double check those part mark in red area, all track are ok. One more thng. When i insert the charger pin i've got a reading at the battery connector at a voltage of 5.38v(without battery) that is not normal. It should have been around 1.04v(w/o battery). Please share

Yes it too much , But its mean your UEM has been short , which pass the Voltage ,

A short on UEM? I can't seems to find any kind of uem on this model.
