Nokia 1208 network problem - GSM-Forum

HAI I HAVE 1208 phone it has network problem in phone the tower is full but i cant make a call, when i make a call it shows network error but full tower.......
I HAVE FLASED IT BUT THE SAME PLEASE GIVE ME THE QUIRE PLEASE........

Erase your handset flash then unlock write pm and do factory settings

i also flash with high version write good pm unlock but still not pick a call and the tower is full ?need help ?
