I have tried all I know even won't get any good result after form search. I have water damaged phone but when I plug charger it charge fine but when I unplug charger it keeps charging and when I plug it back again the charger is not detected. I have changed almost all the parts involved in charging apart from the chips.

And which part of this phone is uem coz it looks like uem is integrated with cpu and if so then how do I fix this issue. Thank you.

just reboil the main ic but it may be dead or alive...no any other method is working for this problem
