nk 3100 when iuse handfree it works allok. without hands free mic not work .i change microphone but problem is present.

Flash the Unit and Resold/change the UEM

Have you cheched the system connector if its liquid damaged or not as sometimes I find pins short out due to minor liquid ingress.

No need to change UEM at the moment as unit is stuck in headset mode and that also can be rectfied by removing the damaged cap.

If all fails then you can try to replace UEM.
