Nokia 3120 Dead


hi
i have one 3120 in display this is showing
"test mode" like attach picture i removed
this tow component after removing this
is dead
it is not teking software also
how solve this problem

try to put it back the capacitor and the resitor then try to reaheat the UEM till it move or move it a little so that the ball grid array contact to the board well, it might solve your problem

ok man u was very much naer to the right solution but the thing that might have gone wrong is ... this is a b.temp supply n u have broken the track while removing the component... now chek this track .... it goes from middle battery connectr to dual ressistence near uem... remove all brown components behind battery connecter ... all b fine...

trace that yellow line
