Nokia 3210 Low signal (cobba is OK!) - GSM-Forum

Hi All!

I've just repaired a nokia 3210 that doesn't make calls resoldering COBBA IC. Now it makes and receive calls, but signal is very low (about the half of another nokia 3210) what components should I check?? <br />I've changed diplex and duplex, resoldered rx filters in the RF section, checked and resoldered antenna contacts, but still low signal. Should I replace IF filter?? How?????

if u reflowed rf & cobba, & then signal drops BUT NOT completely, check xtal! reflow rf (ENTIRE!) & not on black filter, also power chip.... then check signal......

Thanks for your advices!<br />I've repaired my NOKIA 3210 changing the 13Mhz Filter , it's called Z-701 and it's behind the N700 summa and G700 (Uhf Vco).

Now my phone has full signal strenght!
