CHAnge ui ic. chack positive lines of led.or get a supply from keypad led.try to make jumper from keypad led to lcd led....

Check positive Line according to attach picture, if ok check the following
The voltage at C404,C202,C226,C227,C228 is 3.6V if No Failure in Vbatt line Check X203, R220 if yes Voltagae on R224 is 3.6v if no Defective 201 or PCB if yes voltage at C316=2.8v and C243=2.8v if No WDDISX=0 when pwr switch is press if No Check Power switch Check WDDISX line PWR Switch-> R402 if yes Defective CCont N201, and post result.

what i am asking? not about Led's i am worry about dead problem of set.

try to chnage the battery & also battery connector & try to switch on with out SIm card

The problem of your phone is Vbatt...

Jumper the positive terminal to any of the negative side of the LCD bulb...
