Nokia 3310 Phone Ram Error - GSM-Forum

Dear Pals,

I Have an error message when i flash the phone using nokia flasher, message appear " Phone Ram Error" how should i do,if i must chage the phone, how do i do,so gimme the solution, friend
i'll appriciate all of ur information,thanks

Hi.
First check or change flash ic, then ram ic. If not both of them means cpu is faulty. It is very hard to replace.

hmmm, dont know where you actually learn how to do hot air rweork. i sorta learnt it by myself. MAKE SURE YOU PRACTICE ON A DEAD PHONE. The first time i used a hot air iron, i set the air too hight and blew every single component right off the phone and onto my bench

HIya

First, if u have error " phone ram is bad ", try to change ccont and/or b200 32768kHz osc...

If that does not help then it could be ram or flash and finally mad2.
