Hi.....
I have got a 3650 ....now it is powering on and stay on the first screen NOKIA .... how to fix this problem

just try to format user area and thats all

i tried it...it didn`t work
now the nokia sign blinking 4 times.....

Hi mate
u need to check the cable if that cable ok u need do erase flash,FLash MCU,PPM.After that write PM n unlock..

try it....

Try this:

- reheat UPP
- erase flash using special .bin file via PPM
- write good PM, Init Simlocks & Full Factory
- Format User Area

I have encountered this problem and remedied thru Twister. Apply ample temp in reheating UPP.

for me was same prob with ngage.. format user area, full factory reset.. and works.. if is not try to flash.. you prob is ONLY soft

Hi

Try an old method

1. Flash the phone ppm only with chinese mcu+ppm combined file.
2. Flash European Pack
3. Write good pm
4. Init Locks
5. Do all UI settings

If all of the above does not work,try to service the phone and again do a software flashing.
