nokia 3650 screen is garbled - GSM-Forum

My buddies anybody can help me about my phone nokia 3650. i receive the phone dedad and then I rpogramed and then the imei is ????? so i replaced the uem and write the uem now phone when oturn it on is blinking sometimes hang up. when accessing the keys it shut off. anybody can help me . suggestions. thanks

check your uem match for 3650.UEM with four blink can be cure by right rpl.UEM with no signal wrong product code.UEM with light only coz of wrong flash ic..all flash ic with alphabet error code r still working.
and can be reset...UEM 4370825
work with 1100 - 2300 - 3510 - 3510i - 3600 - 3650 - 3660 - 5100 - 6100 - 6200 - 6310i - 6600 - 6610 - 8310..

my 3650 was good but it wasn't formated properly software was ok

i try to erase mobile then i flash it back now it can't format also it can't do ui setting also it doesn't boot properly it blinks on nokia over and over.

plz solve my problem.
