this is not key pad ic problem
this is only track problem make this jumper 100 % working

bro remove all side switch and also remove varibale resister near side switch first. then check keypad working or not ,problems still same change keypad ic

dont worry just check keys in mxkey there you will find which key is makin trouble after that just change it all will be fine after that

I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM VIA CLEAN THE BORD AND REHOT CPU AND (BETTY&AVILMA)
ALL KEYS ARE WORKING
