bro, when your set sim ic damage in multimedia set,it show offline always.
so your problem from sim ic, change or make jumper if there is sim ic in your set.

bro, i said offline problem happen when mobile does not accept sim card.
your problem is sim not accept.set on without sim so offline will remain.
if sim is not it means change uem ic.
