7210 short Prob.

Good day,
Its a 7210,that doesnt ring. After checking the phone,i found that it is not a software problem.

There s a short between the left leg of the ringer and the 2nd capacitor near the right side under the MAD.

This capacitor is attached to some part under the MAD.

I changed the ringer and the capacitor, yet no result. The ringer is also the speaker and the radio....

Any suggestions to figure how to remove this short?

BR
