Nokia 5310 Express Music Suddenly Switched off.. - GSM-Forum

Dear Friends,

Can anybody give me the right solution of NOKIA 5310 EXPRESS MUSIC is working good but suddenly switched off after 5to 7 minutes. I have done the following tricks :

1. Fully erased the existing flash file of the mobile phone.

2. Already taken backup of RPL ALL SECTION by MX-KEY.

3. After successful flashing with the latest flash file I again restored backup RPL and simlock.

4. Wrote the PM without 120 & 308 after SUPERDONLE AUTHENTICATION.

5. Lastly, did the ui settings.

But since then the phone started bahaving totally wrong e.g. It's getting hang frequently and no keypad working and the phone restarts for twice and thrice and then again I have to switch on the phone.

Phone is making outgoing and incoming call in the meantime and getting hanged.

Any right solution is there either from HARDWARE & SOFTWARE perspective?

the problem is due to flash ic 100%
but we have no option to change flash ic,
when i worked in nokia mnc , i have changed somany sets by replacing combo flash

we can do onething change RAP & COMbo from other sets

in one word "business trick"
the company want to sale more & more handsets.............,

the restarting, set off while playing music player, contact sevice(80%) are due to flash ic.....,

in nokia care
flash ic changingdiareclty for
1. dead set start earing while checking flash
2.restart
3.white display(without tone)
4.contact service
5.automatic off
6.if security test/simlock test fail
etc...................

even network problem is also coming with flash ic

noramlly changing flash ic, then doing flash, IMEI write,EMC(energy management) AUTOTUNE....
