Nokia 6020 dont turn on - GSM-Forum

Hi, my nokia 6020 dont turn on, the batery is ok but when i turn on the phone, the screen turns white and then the phone turn off. If i put it on charge dont show the signal of the batery when charging.
What could be wrong?

Dear this is softwear problem flesh the fone with latest ver.

How can i do that? What is the name of the sotware. I only have the cable to conect the phone to the computer, what kind of program i need?

you can flash it with ufs or jaff or mt-box...

Reball or hot Flash IC and UPP and then flash again. All will be ok. Tested.
