jumping the power switch resistor will spoil the phone.

i have 2 unit that i receive from a customer, one is 3100 and the other on eis 3220. these 2 units have the same problem auto off and can not on and need to use the flasher box to on the phone by connecting the cable to the phone.

They usually use a jumper method to bypass the resistor (10K) because the resistor is damaged / lost.

Is there anyway to repair the phone, I already try replace a 10K resistor, but still auto off after using the phone 1 day.
