Nokia 6020 not charging and white screen - GSM-Forum

My 6020, has stopped charging and if i put a different battery, it always shows blank screen.

But I can still make calls and receive calls on the phone. Is there any fix i can do.

NOTE: I have never tried to flash the phone nor do i know how to do it.

Can anyone please give me detailed information of what i can do to help save my phone.

For blank screen try to flash the phone . . . ?
Also tell me which software u have to use for flashing . . . ?

i could not understand ur problem.are u a mobile tecknician?u should concern a mobile tecknician if u dont know how to flash 6020
