Hello for all my brothers; the keypad of my 6021 has problem. the numbers :1;4;7;and * don't work ; but the others are ok . can someone help me to solve this problem . The picture is very important for me . If it's possible send me the solution with a diagramm . Thank you and next time .

I don't know what you tell me to replace . I want to know how to jump to resolve this problem . Please try to show me fine where and how i going to jump . Don't forget to send me the picture if it's possible . Thank.

Hi,try to change IC keypad that is locate near the CPU.All it will be OK.IC keypad is the same on Nokia:3220,6020,7260,6610...and other models.Its easy to locate it without schematic diagram;CPU have notified on it"UPP"and next to CPU is keypad controller.It have a blue colour.Hope You'll understand;Good Luck!

The keypad ic of 6021 and 6030 is there are same? I have problem to change it . Because i don't know where i going to take . If i have , i don't know to replace it . It's because the jumper is better . If you show me how i going to jump the keypad ic , i think that , my problem will has the solution . I wait for you urgently the answer , i'm very glad to see you on the line . Thank you .

i was trying hard but I couldnt find the IC, please someone can upload a picture of 6021 IC location

one i found was next to the CPU was a crytal IC (looks like 1/2 broken) and it says 35 DD9Y. is this the right IC ????

just change the keypad ic....its 100% ic problem ..ur keypad ic has damaged...its near to CPU in blue crystal color...
