Nokia 6085 Power IC damaged

Hello all,

I have a Nokia 6085 mobile, which i bought 2 years ago.

Suddenly it got one problem, it shows charging, but when i removed the charger, the battery start showing zero charge, i mean it was not charging at all, i replaced my battery and charger but again same problem.

Then i give it to a mobile repairing shop in Delhi, the guy there said that POWER IC is damaged and it is not regulating voltage properly. He told me that he don't have the POWER IC, so he is removing the POWER IC and making DIRECT CONNECTION.

From then my mobile used to fully charge itself in approx 8 minutes.
One day i left it to charge overnight and the next day, it didn't started.

I showed it to many repairing center, they said they don't have that POWER IC so they cant repair that phone.

1> You all people are very experienced in this field , so please tell me what could be the possible problem.

2> If the problem is with POWER IC , why didn't the mobile got started with the new battery i bought 3 days ago

3> If anybody have the SOLUTION and resides in DELHI, please give me your phone number and SHOP ADDRESS, i will come there to make it repaired.
