Nokia 6131 - No sound when using "speaker"-function - GSM-Forum

Hello.

I have a Nokia 6131 that has no sound when calling and the call is switched to "speaker"-mode. My question is, what do I need to replace in the phone? When it changes to "speaker-mode" it is not using the speaker that you use in "normal"-mode, is it? Isn't it using another speaker for this?

ahm, do you mean I should try to restore factory settings, and post whether or not it helped?
