Nokia 6220 Charging Problem..any one can help???

hi mate can u help me with Nokia 6220 not charging at all ... voltage on battery connector is about 1.6 v not 3.6v !!!!!

could it be charging IC or what????

the phone does not respond to charger at all.....i checked F100 and V100 and all capaictor..and I will check againg..and the question could be this problem due to any failure inside the UEM because end of charging circuit goes to this IC..and I hope that there is np relation...could be this IC work partially?????

change uem and reflash the phone
