nokia 6220 software ok but not power on

i have nokia 6220 i complete flash with jaf and also with ufs but software is ok and power on on the device but not power on with battery please help me on this

Power on the phone using the charger if it turns on than just replace the ON/OFF switch. if not getting on then see the attachment.
