nokia 6233 not going into the local mode - GSM-Forum

Hi,
i have a 6233 which has secruity code and the client need s his info of the phone .
but when i put the cable into the phone only test mode comes up
and i have tried lot of cables but still the same
if some body can help

mate try to use another box or maybe another good working cable or check bsi resistor

u can read security code with this test mode i dont think u have problem with resistors if u can go to test mode so u can read yr security code maybe u have problem with rx tx pins check it and try to use the same cable with another box if not work send here again yr result

did u try to erase your phone with erase files and then flesh if not try ti working for me many times

change 7pin cable or box mt or jaf
