..::Brother this is only UNLOCK problem but not supported ATM JAF box so to USE UB,MX-KEY or BB5 UNLOCK BY ZULEA CRACK So your problem 100% solved tried me many times::..

with mx-key flash with new ver 5.6 read sp lock info or update splock info

if u have ub then simply unlock

phone restricted undo will not be cleared with full flashing unlock it with bb5 unlocker thank you sr8787,RIZWANJATH
