nokia 6280 dead - GSM-Forum

hi i have recently bought nokia 6280 frm ebay, it is dead it does not charge or turn on i tried a full charged battery from another nokia 6280 just the keypad light and screen light turn. I have checked the phone der is no damaged on the pcb and screen area. what could be the problem?????????

what do you mean damage on pcb?????? in the flex connector..or the small driver besides it????????? might try to check lcd and flex first......... did the phone can call????

All I Know That Wen I Put A Full Charged Battery In Only The Screen And Keypad Lights Come On, So Do You Know The Solution????? Thanks

check polarity... the unit might be shorted......... or has a leak...

then post result..
