nokia 6300 have phone restriction , i flashed it with version 7.30 , unlocked it with bb5 unlocker , but problem is still there please help

Brother first check imei if ok than repair SL zone by JAF

check imei and provider key if this 0000000 then try unlock using cyclone

brother check info of the phone this may be a problemrelated with sldata if this data is corrupted phone will show phone restricted undo check info and update sldata with mxkey,mt,or universal box all the best nothing to worry...
