Nokia 6500 slide - charging, but no start ? - GSM-Forum

Hello !

My Nokia 6500 slide charges normally and the screen light turns on , but the phone doesn't start working, when I hold the starting button ?!

So .. I can't change the firmware, because it's not recognized by the computer's USB.

Can you help me , please ?

seems software problem . try to flash ur set in dead usb mode . then check.
