i change 10 keypad ic but the same problem

when the phone come it have crached keypad ic

and the button 0 * # don't work the rest work very well

i change the keypad ic but all the button don't work

after i do this solution

the button 0 * # work and the rest stop

i change the keypad ic many time but nothing

any solution please ... i need your help
