Nokia 6500s display problem

Is this display problem or other component like resistor, capacitor problem. I attach a image above of my mobile. It shows weird colors on the screen.

Smile Extra info:

I had removed this capacitor c2070. This capacitor was short. I reheated (in forum language I had rehot) the whole PCB but this display problem is not gone. I even have problem with keypad. The 8,0 keys not working. The volume buttons at the side are also not working.

I want to sell this phone if I some how bring the display working. And somehow using jumper if i can solve this problem. Because the display will cost more than what I will get if I sell this phone

Friends on gsmhosting can you help?

I changed this capacitor C3360 marked inside red square because my phone was dead see the image below. This capacitor is used for camera flash to charge and discharge.

I actually never do mobile repairing. BUt I am expert in t.v., crt monitors, computers. I am now learning LCD repairs and mobile repairs and I even brought a new hot air soldering and desoldering station.

Smile Which is the display IC?

Thank You sir for replying. I have doubt in my mind. Are you taking about display IC's shown in the diagram below

I even don't know if this ic is available if its available. I found one solution of internet by using jumper instead of buying and replacing ic. Can you just advice me if its safe to do jumpers like this. If it works for even sometime so that i can sell this phone.
