Nokia 6585 LCD/ lights are Dim.

I have Nokia 6585 LCD / backlights are all Dim.
I have found that all these Voltages on the backlights / LCD are only 5V instead 8.7 V ( bcoz luckily I have a good nokia 6585 with me ) Please see the picture attatched - Any idea to what have made these points i marked have so low voltages ?

P.s. the 5 V i got is when phone is starting up, then it drops back to 3.6V.
the voltage on the good Nokia is 8.7V when it 's starting up. So, could be some capacitor are faulty .....?
