Nokia 6600,3650,3510i Switching off

I have problems with these Nokias-6600,3650&3510i, These phones switch itself off at short intervals, I have flashed them but no success, please can any one post solution to this problem. thanx in advance
Note,all the batteries used on this phones works very well and last long on other phones.
