Member: 967385 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Nokia 6600 (NHL10) Battery Drain My Nokia 6600 (NHL 10) is approximately 7 years old. In December I noticed that the gallery would not open (the "opening files" bar would hang on the screen), File Explorer froze when opened and Bluetooth did not work. A local repairman 'repaired' it but now these problems have come back. I think that he reflowed it and the repair is temporary. My battery was replaced in November with a genuine BL5C purchased from the Nokia agents but the standby time is about two days. I notice that the screensaver does not come on as well. I got it reflashed but still the standby time has not improved. I would like to know what I can do to resolve this. How difficult is it to replace the Bluetooth module completely? In addition, the keypad membrane was replaced with an aftermarket one. Do you think this may be part of the problem? Any help is appreciated. Regards. |

Member: 967385 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Anyone? I heated the Bluetooth module with a hairdryer today and it works for now. I fear it may be temporary. I would really like to know how to replace the Bluetooth module and where to get a replacement part. In addition, can I use the Nokia 6620 motherboard with a Nokia 6600? Apparently this has a faster CPU. |
