Nokia 6681 display breaking into multi color
 

Hi all,

i have a n 6681 whose display got damaged due to fall. Now when i put a new display, only on start up i get proper nokia but soon after the "Nokia" gets inverted and is displayed on the top of the display and then on normal boot up the color is broken into many parts.

change with new display if not work then slightly heat display ic

dont reheat or change anything you could kill those usefull displays, instead look for a compatible display, for example if you use a 6680, 7610 or a 6600 display in a 6682 you will get same result after logo screen, but everything goes ok with a 6630 display, test some displays or check compatibility betewn those in hardware stores.

Replace the LCD IC @ right side.

Check also supply voltage VIO 1.8v and VAUX 2.8v
