Change BT ic and use twister to flashing BT or full flash

try to use griffin and check bluetooth flashing in the software to repair the bluetoothe...use the latest version of the mcu+ppm.....hope it will help

only software problems just doing full flash after just usr twister 1.3j version the rp bt

If pm does not work then try
to replace BT module.
It looks like a normal BGA ic and it is found inside the
upp/flash ic's shielding in a separated shielded place.
