change the filter keypad i.c. at the right side....

Maybe u need clean the UI board.

i have a same problem and im cleaned the UI and im change z401 z402 and replace the cpu and flash and nothing...........

it's the cristal keypad ic 100%, i sloved a lot of this same problem even on 6600,3650,6230,7270....

THERE ARE 2 same ic's near keypad conenctor. Which 1 related to 789 and red key pls?

instead,good, place (Z 401 AND Z 402)..And does not settle down good..some keys does not step....regards

Sorry i did not understand what you meant kardelen!!! Please try explain what you just said. And is there any supplier for Z401/2 as I have no more phones from where I can take them off.

hi when you opened your phone cover did you see water damege?

falow the point on 7 8 9 where the going keypet tie you said you ghanged keypet ıc cpu and connectör

yeah it has, if you have any 7610 not damage the pattern remove the filter i.c. and trace it where it will flow or if you have full diagram of this phone you can see the flow of those terminals.hope it will help you.....

use any working condition 7610 and check continuty to filter ic
where show continuty with multimeter check your falt set coninuty if
open set jumper
