i have a nokia 7610 with "phone start-up failed.contact the retailer" problem,
sw done in SHU < JAF, & UB , and formated
all mjor voltages ok
pls help me...........

try to full erase the full flash

use higher version

then format

2=full flash
3=write good pm
4=unlock
5=format
try its.....................

done all this , still same propblem, flashedv with latest version in ub, jaf & shu, also earase flash, done pm , unlock

while changing into NORAML mode in shu it shows"insert sim card"
in battery "phone start-up failed.contact the retailer"

Reball/change RAM.

brother , u r problem is due to Booting ic ,
change booting ic , 100% will clear,
if in sw it shows"insert sim" the problem may due to booting ic

just format ur set by *3yes and on ur set wil be ok try this
