Nokia 7610 Problem
 

hi all brother,i got nokia 7610 after change cpu the lcd blank already. :confused: :confused: :confused:
1)may i have to know the original cpu is upp3.2E,then i change in upp3.2.is the cpu version no merge?
2)after on the phone in when i press keypad got sound,but after few second
was not sound(like jammed)
3)flash file i have try already.all is ok.
please help!!!

I think you better rehot your cpu.the problem because of that ic.but I used to repair other model,but same problem,because of wrong version of cpu.
