Of couse, I have changed many 3220b phones to 3220 !!!
3220b have 3 bands: 850/1800/1900, change to 3220 can use 900/1800Mhz.

compare it to the 3220 phone then you can find what and which parts you will remove and change... just change the rx@tx filter us vinhhai said. then try it first if it has the signal. if does'nt have flash it with 3220 flash file and upload the pm file, unlock and you can used the phone good same us 3220...
