just press same time( By Hand Format)
*, 3 , call answering button , Power on button ( until it ll show as "Formatting")
Then.......... Startup failed problem will solved.
100% tested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its suitable for....6600-7610-6670...and Mostly S60 phones only
