Does anyone know if this exists or can be done? - GSM-Forum

I'd like to know if a port-to-port --> audio connection out cable can be done.
I have seen one for sony ericsson (attached file).

I have a Nokia N70 with 1gb Kingston memory card full of mp3 and I'd like to connect it to an audio player and use it like an ipod for example.

It sure can. Just get some cheapo HS-3, open the capsule where the hands-free button is, take note of the wires that carry the audio channels, cut them off and solder some RCA connectors there.
