just change the keyboard, or check the system connector between keyboard and PCB, or replace Z301,

Good luck

hi! i had tha same problem after running from police with a can of beam&coke in the same pocket as my phone.. (so of course, its their fault..)

this is at your own risk!!! i used a sharp knife to cut out the buttons, leaving a small section still joined, so that i could flip over the button and clean the terminal on the board and under the button.

In fact, i just had to soak up some of the stickyness and then everything was back to normal... hope that helps as a cheap alternative.

regards
ryan

broken line is your problem

notice there is a broken line some where between 1 and 2 or * and 0, which supplies to the 1,4,7,* u have problem with, they are in a straight line so get there supply of current from a single surce, reconnect this broken line and u are ok. sory if this is coming in late.

gibso.
