How to change EEPROM - GSM-Forum

I changed eeprom (like any other BGA circuits)in Nokia 3310 but now I can not finish flashing successfully. I use Flasher by Rolis v.4.77 and Knok. Both these flashers start flashing but do not finish.
Is there any procedure that must be followed after changing eeprom?
