My 9210 have very slow signal any suggestions for improvement

RF part. 9210 is like some other DCT3 phone. problem should be in cable betwen board and antenna too...

yes please check the Co-axil cable ..that connects the PCB to the Antena connector...also Check the Antena pins in the charging connector and lift them a little ...that should do the job
