3110c get restart when try to make or receive call.massage sending and receiving ok.allready flashed with latest version with cnt file...formatt...all ok.but problem still same

plz guide

just flash with jaf or micro but ver. will 7.21 or 7.00 100% ok if not you probluem than contect me
