Nokia c2 TA-1204 diode identify


i need a big favor. i need to identify a smd diode. its on Nokia c2 ta1204 model.. near battery pin. its codes as "B8 T " its a too small diode. plz help to identify..

if you found shorted diod then you must remove that small diod , you need to check big filter chipcap beside that small diod and also check or replace big diod , R020 boosting resistor .

i messed up with that diode. its broken now. i need to find suitable one.
