Brother there is lots of solution, some time only reheat the Handfree ic based near with usb connector, some time, reheat the Gazoo and some time reheat the Rapuyama.
So there is not 100% solution, because some time u do all but its not work, so if your set will on in these ic`s then its your good luck...

this solution is not confirm 100% ....some mobile water damage hf ic near usb connector is shorting mobile only vibrate ...first check software if u software ok set not local mode 100% hf shorting...put paste and just shake i.c then check.....working or not working..
