First of all clean earpiece pad`s and try changing earpiece. Next thing to do is changing audio ways between avilma (N2200) and earpiece. Signals come through some coils. I attach layout too what to check.

I have noticed that sometimes everything is ok with the hardware, but customers still talk about low speaker volume. In this case clean the filter of the speaker hole on the front cover and try to carefully make the speaker hole of the plastic cover some bigger than the original one. I think hole on plastic of the front housing is too small originallly.
